A customer might wait fifteen minutes or longer to get that rim. Why are people so eager to waste their time in the drive-through lanes at Tim's only to get an invitation to play the same game again? The odds of winning a coffee or food prize in Tim's contest are 1 in 6. Therefore, the average drive-thru customer may wait as long as one and a half hours before winning anything.
